Carbon's Golden Malted Waffle and Pancake Flours are blended with barely malt which provides several benefits. Malt is beneficial to your digestive system and acts as a natural sweetener, allowing for significantly less use of sugar in ingredients. Malt also contributes to our waffle's famous light and fluffy texture.

This product is a light colored, dry blend of food ingredients. The product is a free-flowing powdered mix that,
when prepared per handling instructions, produces either a waffle or a pancake.

Preparation: Pour 64 oz. water into a large bowl. Add 24 oz. (3 cups) pasteurized eggs and mix well. Add 1 package of flour and mix well. Add 1lb. of melted butter to the batter and blend well.
